ClickHome is a mobile-based construction software solution that allows builders to manage the entire construction lifecycle that includes handling tenders, taking pre-construction approvals, construction site management, site inspections and initiating sales & marketing campaigns for reaching out to prospective buyers. The product primarily caters to the needs of small & mid-sized residential builders.

Their existing software is developed in WPF (for Windows platform) and Swift (for iOS). Maintaining the software in different technologies caused a cost overhead and maintainability issues for ClickHome.

Rheal proposed a technology solution of redeveloping the code using Microsoft’s Xamarin platform, which runs on the cross-platform.

Rheal is redeveloping the Tablet Manager application that runs on UWP (Window) and iOS devices. Also helped implement new features in the application.

Given the numerous features of the application, here are a few key highlights:

• Job List: User can view all jobs for the current supervisor or managed supervisors, providing a summary of job status and schedule variances.
• Job Details: Allows user to access detailed job information, including task location with Latitude/Longitude updating via iPad.
• Call Sheet: From this screen user can track job-related tasks and monitor their progress in real-time.
• Supplier: Manage supplier relationships and track their scheduled tasks using the Calendar view.
• Inspection: Prepare inspection lists, attach documents and photos, and sign off tasks upon completion.
• Approval: Manage approvals from ClickHome Web Portals, allowing users to Reject, Escalate, or Approve from tablets.
• Requisition: Streamline purchase order requests and field data capture, with automatic synchronization and notification.
• Sync: Ensure seamless synchronization of tasks and data between the server and mobile devices.
• Lead Capture and Data Storage: Gather leads and store data centrally for easy access by sales and marketing teams.
